At LIVE4PICKLEBALL, many of our products are made or printed after you place your order. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing.

Returns and Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or an order placed by mistake.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@live4pickleball.com as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are possible only before production or fulfillment begins.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact support@live4pickleball.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review your request and provide instructions. Depending on the issue, the resolution may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Please wait for our instructions before returning an item. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is missing or delayed, email support@live4pickleball.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide an updated delivery estimate or cancellation and refund options where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
